$22 – ALL Amateur Divisions

-- FA1 (Advanced Women), FM1 (Advanced Master Women), FG1(Advanced Grand Master Women), FS1 (Advanced Sr. Grand Master Women), FA2 (Intermediate Women), FA3 (Recreation Women), FA4 (Novice Women)

$12 – ALL Amateur Girls

-- FJ1 (Girls 19 & Under), FJ2 (Girls 16 & Under), FJ3 (Girls 13 & Under), FJ4 (Girls 10 & Under)

*All entry fees via Paypal include a $2 Online registration fee. You can save the $2 by downloading the Snail Mail Registration Form below or you can register at Spring Valley.
(Snail Mail or SV Registrations must be received by 5/8/14)

All Pro Divisions paid out at 40% / All Am Divisions paid out at 50%
Tournament Expenses Underwritten by Tournament Admin/Vendor include:
PDGA Sanctioning Fees, Insurance, Prizes for Raffles, CTP and End of Event Games, Scorecards, Event Signage, and Park Fees
